pielęgnacja w Indiach / beauty care in India

For many people women from India are the symbol of beauty and elegance. The reason of that is their beautiful, thick and strong hair as well as radiant face. In today's post I will reveal their beauty secrets. And the best thing is that you can buy most of the products in a grocery!

Pierwszym produktem wartym wzmianki jest olej kokosowy. Hinduski używają go na włosy, twarz, ciało.

The first product worth mentioning is coconut oil. Indian women use it on their hair, face and body. It can replace hair mask, face cream or lotion. It's best to use unrefined one - it is more beneficial. The one from my photo has been enriched with henna, amla & lemon, but the plain coconut oil without all these ingredients will give fantastic effects on its own.
The next hero of Indian beauty care is sesame oil - also useful in massages and used on hair. In case of face it will work best for mature skin - it reduces wrinkles, but due to its long list of properties, younger people can also give it a try.

Kolejna informacja to przepis na maseczkę. Do mąki z ciecierzycy dodajemy kurkumę i mleko – taka maseczka ma właściwości ansyceptyczne, złuszczające i nawilżające.

Another information is a recipe for a face mask. We mix gram flour with turmeric powder and milk - such mask has antiseptic, exfoliating and moisturizing properties.

Indian women also use face mask made of fullers earth and rose water. Since the first ingredient is not that popular in Poland, we can use clay instead.

The last recipe is hair conditioner - we add fenugreek seeds to curd and leave overningt. In the morning we ground to paste and we leave it on hair and scalp for 30 minutes, then rinse. After the treatment hair is shiny and nourished.
